I always thought of 'slow cooker' meals as being full of calories, not very tasty and certainly not healthy. Wow! Was I ever wrong. I place my frozen veggies on top of sliced onions, talapia, orange roughy or chicken breast on top, sprinkle on the desired seasoning, and SET IT AND FORGET IT.
