I love this opener. It is a snap to use, even for my mom, who has some arthritis in her hands. It is also attractive on my bar. The only drawback is that corks sometimes get stuck inside the opener and there is no way to get at them. This mostly happens with the synthetic corks. I did eventually get it free using a fork. I stuck the fork into the end of the cork while I ejected to keep it from spinning with the screw.
