Columbia River - Kommer's Big Eddy II Fillet Knife

Russ Kommer's innovative design features an AUS 6M SS blade with a unique hollow grind on the top of the blade that creates an air pocket to "float" fillets up and away, while the flat taper grind bottom glides smoothly across the skin. The handle is constructed of a rigid, high-impact polypropylene core wrapped in a soft, comfortable checkered Kraton grip. Includes a lanyard for extra convenience.
