Scott B. from Provo, UTI bought this alarm clock because of it's size. My intentions were to use it for backpacking, so size and weight were my first concern. It is nice and compact but also relatively heavy. The brushed aluminum looking case is actually a heavy pot metal with a nice finish. The fold out design is clever but the user interface buttons and button sequence for setting the functions of the clock are confusing. There is no snooze or alarm interrupt button other than the same setting buttons that are used to set the time and alarm. So, by turning off the alarm you might actually be resetting the alarm. It happened to me. With the flashlight combo and small batteries I wonder how long the clock will last before new batteries are required. |
